Abstract :
Sunny dough is a Gluten free donut with sunkist rind flour is a gluten free donut we combined with sunkist rind flour , i come up with this idea because of the situation that occurred last year until this year, namely the covid 19 virus attack, many mindsets are now appearing in people's minds, namely having to maintain health, one of which is having to eat healthy and nutritious food. If you eat this donut, you will find a combination of soft, sweet, and slightly sour taste, These donuts are not only delicious but also high in various vitamins that will help boost the body's immunity in this challenging time, one of which is the high content of vitaminC. Sunny dough will be pack in eco friendly cardboard box, every box will containt 5 donut of the product and sold at IDR 50.000. Later we will develop more topping or filling flavor for this donut , and can be found in grabfood, gojeck, shoopefood and instagram
