Abstract :
"ABSTRACT Antioxidant Herbal Drink is one of common drinks from China back at 2737 BC. Its all started from a herbal teas traditional medicine in Chinese to heal illness. An infusion of herbs originating from China?s Guangdong province , its is believed to contain medical properties to help. Antioxidant herbal drink is known as infused drink, herbal teas commonly are made of dried fruits, leaves, seeds and others dried composition. On the other hand the demand on herbal infused drinks are rise in global due to several health reasons. Normally herbal teas are made off dried leaves and could be substituted by jackfruit seeds that are called BETON. Jackfruit seeds known as Beton can be selected to be the main ingredients of a herbal drink since Beton have lots of nutrients. Beton have lots of benefits , in high in antioxidants that we can claim its high in anti cancer and can overcome food poisoning.Then the flavor we add some dried jackfruit flesh and dried mint leaves , adding dried butterfly pea flower to give color. Jackfruit are from the tropical forest of Western Ghats of Southern India. Butterfly pea flower , mint leaves are, and because of that this antioxidant herbal drink is very suitable to be the new innovative product by utilizing jackfruit seeds where jackfruit seeds have many benefits but rarely used as an ingredients, however usually thrown away.
