Abstract :
Cost control and time management are essential parameters for the success of a construction project. The execution of a project that undergoes contract addendum can impact work productivity in the field due to the addition or reduction of work components. To assess performance in project execution, a performance measurement tool is required. The objective of this research is to determine the performance and cost projections before and after the addendum in the Rehabilitation Project of Ksirarnawa Art Center. This research method is Quantitative Descriptive. The project work duration is 21 calendar days. The research results indicate that before the addendum, on the 8th day of reporting: the cost performance index (CPI) was 0.96 (<1/cost overrun), and the schedule performance index (SPI) was 1 (=1/on schedule). The estimated cost for remaining work (ETC) is Rp.2,586,714,801.12 with a remaining time for completion (ETS) of 13 calendar days, and the estimated total completion time (EAS) of 21 calendar days (on-time completion). On the other hand, after the addendum, on the 13th day of reporting: the cost performance index (CPI) was 1.12 (>1/cost underrun), and the schedule performance index (SPI) was 1.11 (>1/ahead schedule). The estimated cost for remaining work (ETC) is Rp.369,865,985.15 with a remaining time for completion (ETS) of 7.21 calendar days, and the estimated total completion time (EAS) of 20.21 calendar days (early completion).
