Abstract :
The aim of this final project is to plan and report on creating value for corporate clients in the gifting business in the case of Merci Hampers. With the creative industry in Indonesia growing rapidly and the gifting sector projected growing at a rate of 9% by 2021 and Merci?s lack of resources to serve Business-to-Customer customers, to differentiate its business, Merci has instead opt for a Business-to-Business target market. With this blue-ocean method, this paper uses a descriptive method with analysis tools such as Political, Economical, Social, and Technological analysis and Competitive Analysis to see the external environment, Value Proposition Design to search for a precise Value Proposition to cater to B2B market needs and plan a marketing, operating, human resource, and financial plan to reach the KPI of the business. From results show that Business-to-Business customers need fast and qualified services from Merci.
