Abstract :
The aim of this study is to analyze the motivation of customer who come to Fun
World in Central Park West Jakarta.
Technological developments in the 21st century have developed exponentially
year after year and the development of the entertainment world has also developed
rapidly. There are more than 81 funworld playgrounds located in Indonesia, but
with the cheapness of gadgets and other games there is a decline in visitors, this
study also wants to find internal motivation and external that attracts visitors to
funworld. This research will have an impact on how to attract more visitors to Fun
World through knowing the dominant internal and external motivations for Fun
World. The results showed that the characteristics of visitors were mostly female
namely 51.7%, and 93.3% is customer between 15-25 years old, with a profession
as a student 86.7%, and most of the money that correspondents spent once visiting
is 50-150 thousand with 80% visiting once per week. There is one dominant
internal motivation, which is refreshing and one external motivation, which is
strategic location
