Abstract :
ABSTRAK Program Studi Diploma III Keperawatan Politeknik Yakpermas Banyumas Karya Tulis Ilmiah, 16 Juni 2021 Dwi Setiyo Budi Arto ?Literature Review Pengaruh Teknik Distraksi Musik Klasik Mozart Untuk Mengurangi Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Operasi Fraktur? XIII+ 7 tabel + 8 gambar + 6 lampiran Latar belakang : Fraktur merupakan pergeseran tulang akibat kejadian yang menyebabkan cidera pada seseorang. Nyeri yang timbul setelah post operasi fraktur karena obat anelgesik habis makan demikian untuk mengurangi nyeri menggunakan teknik non farmakologi salah satunya dengan teknik distraksi musik klasik mozart. Tujuan : Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh teknik distraksi musik klasik mozart terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur. Hasil : Jurnal satu dan jurnal dua setelah dilakukan intervensi nilai pre eksperimen 6,71 dan nilai post eksperimen 2,66 untuk nilai pre kontrol dan nilai post kontrol 6,48 dengan p 0,000 a (0,001>0,05). Kesimpulan : Adanya pengaruh signifikan teknik distraksi musik klasik mozart terhdapa penurunan tingkat nyeri post operasi fraktur. Pain that arises after postoperative fracture due to analgesic drugs after eating so to reduce pain using non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is Mozart's classical music distraction technique. Objective : To determine whether there is an effect of Mozart classical music distraction technique on reducing pain in postoperative fracture patients. Results : Journal one and journal two after intervention, the pre-experimental value was 6.71 and the post-experimental value was 2.66 for the pre-control value and the post-control value was 6.48 with p 0.000 a (0.001> 0.05). Conclusion : There is a significant effect of Mozart classical music distraction technique on decreasing postoperative pain level of fracture.
