Hiperurisemia merupakan penyakit yang sering menyerang lansia. Dimana terjadi peningkatan kadar asam urat dalam darah. Managemen diet sangat diperlukan untuk mengontrol kadar asam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan diet lansia penderita hiperurisemia.
Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi lansia di Desa Slamet adalah 60 lansia di Posyandu Lansia Desa Slamet Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 lansia pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden sebagian besar kepatuhan diet kurang sebanyak 18 orang (60,0%), hampir setengahnya kepatuhan cukup 9 orang (30.0%) dan sebagian kecil kepatuhan baik 3 orang (10,0%).
Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya perhatian yang khusus pada lansia penderita hiperurisemia agar menjaga diet sesuai anjuran.

ABSTRACT
Hyperuricemia is a disease that often attacks in elderly. Which there is an increase in uric acid levels in the blood. Dietary management is highly requested to control acid levels. This study aims to determine the description of adherence of dietary elderly people with hyperuricemia.
The design of this study was descriptive research. The population was all elderly people suffering from gout in the elderly Posyandu in Slamet Tumpang village, Malang Regency. Sampling by purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 30 elderly data collection used questionnaires. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis.
The results showed that out of 30 respondents most of the diet compliance was less it was 18 people (60.0%), almost half the compliance was enough 9 people and a small portion of good adherence was 3 people (10,0%).
Looking at the results of this study it is necessary to have special attention on elderly patients with hyperuricemia in order to maintain the diet as recommended.
