Abstract :
ABSTRAK Polri dituntut untuk bertindak profesional, terampil, patuh hukum dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam mengabdikan tugasnya di masyarakat. Kondisi ini tak jarang menyebabkan stres kerja. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan manajemen dalam mengatasi stres kerja tersebut. Manajemen stres kerja dengan merencanakan setiap kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran manajemen stres anggota Brimob dalam menghadapi tugas operasional di Kompi 4B Ampeldento Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasinya adalah semua anggota Brimob di kompi 4B Malang sejumlah 30 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga sampelnya ada 30 responden. Variabelnya adalah manajemen stres dalam menghadapi tugas operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruhnya yakni 22 responden (77,3%) dengan manajemen stres fisik yang kurang, sebagian besar yakni 18 responden (60%) dengan manajemen stres psikologi yang cukup, hampir seluruhnya yakni 29 responden (96,7%) dengan manajemen stres sosial yang baik. Melihat hasil penelitian maka disarankan pada anggota Brimob agar dapat memanfaatkan waktu istirahat yang diberikan oleh atasan meskipun hanya sebentar agar beban kerja yang dirasa berat dapat berkurang. This condition ofteen causes work stress. Therefore management needs to overcome the work stress. Work stress management by planning every activity that will be done in work. The purpose of the study is know the description of stress management Brimob members in facing operational tasks at company 4b Ampeldento Malang. Research design uses descriptive. The population is all the members of the Mobile Brigade in the company 4b, a number of 30 people.Sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the sample is 30 respondents. The variable is stress management in the face of operational tasks. Research results show that is all 22 respondent (77,3%) with less physical stress management, most of them were 18 respondent (60%) with enough psychological stress management, almost all of them were 29 respondent (96,7%) with good social stress management. See the results of the study it is suggested that the Mobile Brigade members be able to take advantage of the rest time given by the commander althought only briefly so that the workload that feels heavy can be reduced.
