Abstract :
In this globalization era, the rivalry between pawnshops in Indonesia have more tight. Company from goverment or private company. PT. Pegadaian as market leader in Indonesia has trying to increase company quality and quantity and trying to be better than before for company purpose. In this research, the researcher have opportunity to observe one of branch office goverment. PT. Pegadaian. The study\ aims to observe how big influence the variables of compensation, leadership, and work discipline on employees performance of PT. Pegadaian Syariah MP Mangkunegara Street Palembang This research using quantitative research method with the collection of data through the technique of questionnaires. Sample used for this research is 30 employees of PT. PT. Pegadaian Syariah MP Mangkunegara Street Palembang by using sampling jenuh method. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Then, seeing how big influence the compensation, leadership, and work discipline on employees performance on hypotesis test. From regression analysis tes, explained that 60.3% variables of compensation, leadership, and work discipline influence on employees performance. Meanhile 39.7% (100%- 60.3%) influenced by other variables. The research finding that compensation, leadership, and work discipline are partially significant influence to employees performance on PT. Pegadaian Syariah MP Mangkunegara Street Palembang. Meanwhile, compensation, leadership, and work discipline are simultaneously significant influence of employees performance on PT. Pegadaian Syariah MP Mangkunegara Street Palembang. The most dominant variable influence is work discipline. This research gives implication that compensation, leadership, and work discipline are important to increase better employees performance for company purpose.
