Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dinamika dalam gejolak transisi sustaineble dalam konteks Organizational Performance (OP) pada Universitas Swasta LLDIKTI III Jakarta. Adapun variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Change (OC), Risk Management (RM), Good University Governance (GUG), dan ICT Competencies (ICT) sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Organizational Performance dan juga variabel mediasi yang digunakan adalah Service Quality (SQ). Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, implementasi kuesioner melalui google form kemudian output data dihimpun untuk peninjauan lebih lanjut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perguran Tinggi Swasta (PTS) dengan jumlah 283 institusi, pada konteks klaster universitas terdapat 68 institusi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 376 responden. Instrumen analisis yang diterapkan dengan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan teknik motode stratified random sampling. Output pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa OC berpengaruh terhadap SQ, RM tidak berpengaruh terhadap SQ, GUG berpengaruh terhadap SQ, ICT berpengaruh terhadap SQ, OC berpengaruh terhadap OP, RM berpengaruh terhadap OP, GUG berpengaruh terhadap OP, ICT berpengaruh terhadap OP, OC berpengaruh terhadap OP yang dimediasi SQ, RM tidak berpengaruh terhadap OP yang dimediasi SQ, GUG berpengaruh terhadap OP yang dimediasi oleh SQ, ICT berpengaruh terhadap OP yang dimediasi oleh SQ, dan SQ berpengaruh terhadap OP.
