Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pasar Kerja dan Personalitas berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir untuk menjadi akuntan publik pada mahasiswa akuntansi di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa/i prodi S1 akuntansi STEI tahun ajaran 2019-2021 dan tergolong Mahasiswa aktif. Jumlah sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode pengambilan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan diukur dengan skala likert. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 24. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Pemilihan Karir Untuk Menjadi Akuntan Publik Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia, Pasar Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Pemilihan Karir Untuk Menjadi Akuntan Publik Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia dan Personalitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Pemilihan Karir Untuk Menjadi Akuntan Publik Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Pasar Kerja, Personalitas dan Pemilihan Karir Untuk Menjadi Akuntan Publik Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the influence of the Work Environment, Job Market and Personality influences the choice of a career to become a public accountant for accounting students at the Indonesian College of Economics. The population in this study were all STEI Bachelor of Accounting Study Program students for the 2019-2021 academic year and are classified as active students. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the slovin formula taking method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and measured by a Likert scale. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on career selection to become a public accountant for accounting students at the Indonesian College of Economics, the job market has a positive effect on career selection to become a public accountant for accounting students at the Indonesian College of Economics and personality has a positive effect. on Career Selection to Become a Public Accountant for Accounting Students at the Indonesian College of Economics Keywords: Work Environment, Job Market, Personality and Career Selection To Become a Public Accountant for Accounting Students at the Indonesian College of Economics.
