Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajemen dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling terhadap perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 periode 2010-2012.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan adalah kepemilikan institusional dan yang tidak mempengaruhi adalah kepemilikan manajemen. This study aims to determine the effect of management ownership and institutional ownership on firm value. Collecting data using purposive sampling method against companies incorporated in LQ 45 2010-2012.The results of this study showed that the variables that affect the value of the company is institutional ownership and that does not affect the ownership of management.
