Abstract :
Qualified human resources is one of the aspects that support the growth of a
company. PT Komatsu Indonesia as one of the companies that become the
locomotive for economic progress in Indonesia, especially in the heavy equipment
sector. In an effort to improve the quality of human resources, one of them by
providing good training and fair compensation to every employee. This study aims
to determine the extent of the effect of training on employee performance and
compensation Hydraulic Reman division of PT Komatsu Indonesia.
The method in this study is a sample survey with respondents as many as 80 people.
The variable in this study is the training, compensation and employee performance.
The analytical method used in this study include test coleration analysis and
hypothesis testing either partially or simultaneously. Based on the analysis of
obtained results of various studies that training and compensation significant
influence on employee performance. These results prove that when training and
performing well compensated the employee's performance division of hydraulic
Reman PT Komatsu Indonesia rose, and vice versa if the training and compensation
is not performing well then the employee's performance division Hydraulic Reman
PT Komatsu Indonesia will decline.
