Wilhelmina Rika Bindi Sare ? Prosedur Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu?. Karya Tulis Ilmiah Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Malang Program Studi Diploma III Perekam Medis Dan Informasi Kesehatan . Dosen Pembimbing Drs. Taufiq Soeltanto, M Si Pendaftaran pasien Rawat Jalan adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan dari rumah sakit kepada masyarakat untuk untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraan dalam bidang kesehatan. Pelayanan Rekam Medis merupakan salah satu pelayanan penunjang medis di rumah sakit yang menjadi dasar peniliaian mutu pelayanan medik rumah sakit.Rekam medis pasien berisi informasi tentang catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, Secara sederhana yang dimaksud dengan pelayanan rawat jalan adalah pelayanan kedokteran yang disediakan untuk pasien tidak dalam bentuk rawat inap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data,dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam. Obyek Penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan Prosedur Pendaftaran Pasien di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu. Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu memaparkan hasil-hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya dengan membandingkan teori yang terkait dalam penelitian Hasil prosedur pendaftaran pasien Tempat pendaftaran pasien di RS. Baptis Batu menjadi satu antara rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Pendaftaran pasien tugas pokoknya yaitu Menerima pendaftaran pasien yang akan berobat di rawat jalan/inap, Melakukan pencatatan pendaftaran (registrasi), Menyediakan dan mendistribusikan formulir-formulir rekam medis dalam folder dokumen rekam medis (DRM) bagi pasien yang baru pertama kali berobat (pasien baru) dan pasien yang datang pada kunjungan berikutnya (pasien lama) Alur prosedur pelakasanaan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan Pasien baru adalah pasien yang baru pertama kali berobat ke rumah sakit dan belum memiliki nomor RM sedengkan pasien lama adalah pasien yang sudah pernah berobat di RS Baptis Batu dan memiliki nomor RM. Penulisan nama pasien dan identitas lainnya harus sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku. Sedangkan pasien lama adalah pasien yang sudah pernah berobat ke Rumah Sakit dan memiliki nomor Rekam Medis. Penulisa nama pasien dan identitas lainnya harus sesuai kaidah yang berlaku. Kata Kunci : Prosedur, Pendaftaran, Pasien. The object of research is the implementation of the Patient Registration Procedure at the Stone Baptist Hospital. The analysis used is descriptive, namely describing the results of research in accordance with the actual situation by comparing the theories involved in research Results of patient registration procedures Patient registration place at the hospital. Stone Baptist is one between outpatient and inpatient care.
