Abstract :
ABSTRAK Average Length Of Stay (AvLOS) adalah rata-rata jumlah hari pasien rawat inap yang tinggal di suatu ruangan di rumah sakit, tidak termasuk bayi baru lahir. Penghitungan Average Length Of Stay (AvLOS) sangat diperlukan untuk mengukur efisiensi pelayanan rumah sakit ataupun puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kesesuaian lama perawatan penyakit Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever dengan standar Barber Johnson Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diambil dari Unit Rekam Medis Puskesmas Karangploso dibagian pelaporan pada tahun 2019. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari data sekunder yang telah tersedia di Puskesmas antara lain data sensus harian pasien rawat inap dan dihitung menggunakan rumus statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pasien rawat inap bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 5 pasien, dengan AvLOS (rata-rata) masing-masing 3 hari. Bulan Februari jumlah 15 pasien. dengan AvLOS (rata-rata) masing-masing 3 hari. Pada bulan Maret jumlah pasien yaitu 8 pasien, dengan AvLOS (rata-rata) masing-masing 3 hari dan 4 hari. Pada bulan April jumlah pasien yaitu 9 pasien, dengan AvLOS masing-masing 3 hari. Pada Bulan Mei jumlah pasien yaitu 8 pasien dengan AvLOS masing-masing 3 hari. Pada Bulan Juni jumlah pasien yaitu 4 pasien, dengan AvLOS masing-masing 3 hari dan 4 hari.Pasien terbanyak ada pada bulan Februari dan terendah pada bulan Juni. Dilihat dari data tersebut, menunjukkan kalau AvLOS di Puskesmas Karangploso sudah ideal dengan standart Barber Johnson yaitu 3-12 hari. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the duration of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever treatment with Barber Johnson's standards This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data was taken from the Medical Record Unit of the Karangploso community health center in the reporting section in 2019. The data collected came from secondary data that was available at the public health center including daily census data for inpatients and was calculated using a statistical formula. The results showed that the number of inpatients in January 2019 were 5 patients, with AvLOS (average) of 3 days each. In February there were 15 patients. with AvLOS (on average) 3 days each. In March the number of patients was 8 patients, with AvLOS (average) 3 days and 4 days, respectively. In April the number of patients was 9 patients, with AvLOS 3 days each. In May the number of patients was 8 patients with AvLOS each of 3 days. In June the number of patients was 4, with AvLOS 3 days and 4 days respectively. The highest number of patients was in February and the lowest was in June. Judging from these data, it shows that AvLOS at Karangploso community health center is ideal with Barber Johnson's standard, which is 3-12 days. Keywords: Health Statistics, Average Length Of Stay
