PERAN PPA (PROFESIONAL PEMBERI ASUHAN) DALAM KELENGKAPAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KOTA MALANG

Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the incompleteness of medical record documents which can affect the quality of service and the quality of medical record documents. Completeness of medical record documents must get the attention of health workers (PPA) to improve the quality of health services in hospitals because most health services refer to the information contained in medical records. For this reason researchers took the title to see the role of PPA (Professional Care Provider) in the completeness of medical record documents. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Researchers use observation and interview methods to collect data. The focus of the research is the analysis of the role of PPA in the inpatient services of Malang City Hospital and the percentage of completeness of Medical Record Documents on the Nursing Resume and Nutrition Care forms. The results of the study show that PPA (Professional Giving Care) in Malang City Hospital has understood its role related to completing medical record documents in accordance with Permenkes No.269 / MENKES / PER / 2008, but lacks accuracy in filling out medical record documents. Regarding the completeness of medical record documents from the sample of 50 documents studied, there were still incompleteness of 20 nursing resume documents or 40% and 7 nutritional care documents or 14%. From the results of the study, researchers provided advice that included Medical Record and PPA officers in education, training and seminars to improve discipline in the implementation of filling medical record documents. Imposing sanctions for officers who have not complied with regulations relating to filing medical record documents and making SOPs in filing medical record documents and can be used as a legal basis for imposing sanctions on officers. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh ketidaklengkapan dokumen rekam medis yang dapat berpengaruh pada mutu pelayanan dan mutu dokumen rekam medis. Kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis harus mendapatkan perhatian oleh para tenaga kesehatan (PPA) untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit karena sebagian besar pelayanan kesehatan mengacu pada informasi yang ada di rekam medis. Untuk itu peneliti mengambil judul tersebut guna melihat peran PPA (Profesional Pemberi Asuhan) dalam kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data. Fokus penelitian yaitu analisis peran PPA pada pelayanan rawat inap RSUD Kota Malang dan presentase kelengkapan Dokumen Rekam Medis pada formulir Resume Keperawatan dan Asuhan Gizi. Hasil penelitian bahwa PPA(Profesi Pemberi Asuhan) di RSUD Kota Malang sudah memahami peran nya terkait pengisian kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis sesuai dengan Permenkes No.269/MENKES/PER/2008, namun kurang ketelitian dalam melakukan pengisian dokumen rekam medis. Terkait kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis dari sampel 50 dokumen yang diteliti masih terdapat ketidaklengkapan sebanyak 20 dokumen resume keperawatan atau sebesar 40% dan 7 dokumen asuhan gizi atau sebesar 14%. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti memberikan saran yaitu mengikutsertakan petugas Rekam Medis dan PPA dalam pendidikan, pelatihan maupun seminar untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan pelaksanaan pengisian dokumen rekam medis. Pemberian sanksi kepada petugas yang belum mematuhi peraturan terkait pengisian dokumen rekam medis serta pembuatan SOP dalam pengisian dokumen rekam medis dan dapat dijadikan dasar hukum untuk pemberian sanksi kepada petugas.
