dilakukannya keputusan transfer pricing.
Kata Kunci: Tarif Efektif Pajak, Mekanisme Bonus, Ukuran Perusahaan,

ABSTRACT
This study uses a quantitative non-causality approach, which is descriptive and
aims to solve the problem systematically and factually because it is seen from the
main purpose of the variables to be examined is to find out the cause and effect of
the variables to be studied and reveal how much influence the tariff effective tax,
bonus mechanism, and company size for transfer pricing decisions.
Testing the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression
analysis consisting of the classical assumption test, and the test model consisting
of simultaneous significant tests (statistical tests f), test coefficient of
determination (R²) and partial test (t test) with the help of SPSS program with
significant level of 10% (0.10), 5% (0.05), and 1% (0.01), and before that, the
outlier data detection was carried out with a limit of 2.5.
The results of this study are that effective tax rates have no effect on
transfer pricing decisions because the increased tax burden borne by the company
does not affect the company to make transfer pricing decisions. The bonus
mechanism has a positive effect on transfer pricing decisions, the performance of
directors who are able to lift profits by selling inventory between companies in a
multinational company. Company size has a negative effect on transfer pricing
decisions because the greater the size of a company, the less likely transfer
pricing decisions will be.
