The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of supervision
ofthe bread production process on PT Manyar Indo Mandiri Lawang-Malang.
This research was conducted on PT Manyar Indo Mandiri Lawang-Malang. Data
collection techniques used in this study are observations, interviews, and
documentation. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative.
The focus in this research is how to supervise the production process of bread on
PT Manyar Indo Mandiri Lawang-Malang. Result of research concluded that
supervision of production process of bread on PT Manyar Indo Mandiri run
effectively and directed by using method of SOP (standard operational procedure)
that is supervision done intensively and objective starting from mixing process
materials up to the packaging process. Supervisor is also conducted on employees
who served at the time of bread production process in order to be able to know
whether the materials are feasible to use or not and also to determine whether the
production process is running smoothly or not because if not then can affect the
quality of the resulting product.
