Abstract :
Employee are one of the human resource in the company. Employee performance in the company has an important role in achieving company goals, employees must be truly competent in their fields. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance Supermarkets Marita and Megamart in Amin Jaya, Pangkalan Banteng, Kalimantan Tengah. This research is a quantitative type with the distribution of questionnaires to Marita and Megamart Supermarkets as many as 30 qustionnaires, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that compensation (X1) had no effect significant to the performance of employees with value t count of -0,872 the value is below the t table 2,060 and the significance value of 0,392 is above 0,05. Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count 5,525 the value is above t tabel 2,060 and the significance value of 0,000 is below 0,05. Work discipline (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count 2,906 the value is above t tabel 2,060 and the significance value of 0,008 is below 0,05. Work environment (X4) had no effect significant to the performance of employees with value t count of -0,515 the value is below the t table 2,060 and significance value of 0,611 is above 0,05.
