Abstract :
The capability of the company to develop is depend on the capability of human resources in using the existing resources in the company to carry out tasks in directed framework for the development of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership, motivation, labor discipline, and communication on the performance of the employees. The data has been collected based on the questionnaires which have been filled in by 83 respondents. The data analysis technique applies multiple linear regressions. It has been found from the result of the t test which has been carried out by using SPSS 20 version that leadership variable has significant influence to the performance of the employees by 2.330. Motivation has significant influence to the performance of the employees by 7.620. Labor discipline has significant influence to the performance of the employees by 3.212. Communication has significant influence to the performance of the employees by 5.002. Therefore, motivation has dominant influence to the performance of employees of Nurul Hayat Surabaya. So, the significant truth of the proposed hypothesis has been proven. Keywords: leadership, motivation, labor discipline, communication, and the performance of the employees
