Abstract :
Nurhayati, The purpose of this study was to determine the sales division employee turnover on the productivity of PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana. In this study researchers looked for the causes of employee turnover at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana in the sales division, and to find whether turnover has an impact on company productivity. The method in collecting data is done by literature study, observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study were sales employees who left the company. Respondents came from employees who left the company, with a total of 20 respondents. The results of this study found several factors of employee turnover in the sales division which are quite varied, such as, other reasons such as the desire to try entrepreneurship, not extending the contract, no career path, health problems, not meeting targets, inappropriate salary, and work stress. turnover causes quite a variety of impacts including time-consuming to find and recruit new employees, and also slows down the achievement of sales targets due to the time needed to train and acclimate new employees to their duties. In addition, the non- fulfillment of sales targets is also caused by employees who leave leaving tasks unfinished, as well as losing continuity in relationships with customers As a result, customers may feel uncomfortable and tend to be reluctant to trust new sales offering company products, so that it can interfere with company productivity.
