Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on employee turnover intention at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana. The population in this study were employees at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. The samples taken were 60 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show: (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana, (3) the work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with SPSS version 27, the Adjusted R Square value is 10.1% in influencing turnover intention and the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
