Abstract :
Personal Selling Promotion Implementation at the Merapi Merbabu Hotel. This report discusses promotional implementation using the personal selling method at the Merapi Merbabu Hotel, Bekasi. This hotel is known for its 4-star facilities and strategic location in Bekasi, which attracts various events from weddings to formal meetings. In an effort to increase sales and service to consumers, the use of personal selling methods is the main focus. This study aims to understand how personal selling can be effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions and improving a hotel's image. The method used is observation, interviews and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the hotel's marketing strategy. The results show that personal selling is able to adapt messages directly to consumer needs, build closer relationships, and increase positive responses to hotel products. The implication of this study is that implementing a personal selling strategy can be an effective strategy in improving marketing performance and customer satisfaction in the hotel industry.
