Abstract :
This research aims to analyze and evaluate the calculation of income tax imposed under Article 23 on PT. ABC. In this research, the author uses a descriptive analysis method to describe the process of withholding and reporting income tax carried out by companies. The research results show that PT. ABC has carried out its tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations, however there are several aspects that need to be improved to increase tax compliance. The author also provides recommendations for improvements in the tax withholding and reporting system to make it more efficient and in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a contribution to PT. ABC in improving income tax management and becoming a reference for further research in the field of taxation.
