Abstract :
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and career development on employee loyalty at PT. Siantar Top Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative research design with the SPSS version 26 data processing program. The population in this research is employees of PT. Siantar Top Bekasi with a sample size of 70 respondents. In this research, the technique used in sampling was a non-probability sampling method and used a purposive sampling technique because researchers chose samples based on their assessment of who was most suitable or informative. The research results have a partial positive and significant influence, with the t test results of the leadership variable having a t count of 3.005 > t table 1.9965 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. The compensation variable has a t count of 2.334 > t table 1.9965 and a significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. The career development variable has a t count of 3.196 > t table 1.9965 and a significance value of 0.02 < 0.05. And has a positive and significant influence simultaneously based on the results of the simultaneous test (f test). F calculated for the variables leadership (X1), compensation (X2) and career development (X3) is 56.416 > f Table 2.74 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion from the F test carried out is that the variables that convince (simultaneously) leadership, compensation and career development have a significant positive influence on employee loyalty.
