Abstract :
The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial attitude on personal financial management. The population in this study consists of 3,000 workers from the MM2100 industrial area, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is through the distribution of questionnaires, and the source of data is primary data. The data analysis includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the study indicates that financial literacy and financial attitude have a positive effect on personal financial management. The R Square coefficient of determination is 0.376, meaning that financial literacy and financial attitude can explain 37.6% of personal financial management, while the remaining 62.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study, such as income, financial planning, locus of control, and others.
