Abstract :
This research aims to investigate the influence of compensation, career development and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Raya Indonesia, Tbk. The research was carried out by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Bank Raya Indonesia employees from various work units. The data analysis method uses multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between compensation variables, career development and work environment and employee performance. The research results show that competitive compensation, clear career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment have a significant positive impact on employee performance at PT Bank Raya Indonesia, Tbk. These findings provide evidence of the importance of these factors in improving employee performance in the banking sector. This research provides valuable insight for the management of PT Bank Raya Indonesia, Tbk to improve compensation policies, career development programs, and create a conducive work environment to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
