Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the influence of employee performance, employee competency and employee work experience on the quality of employee work at CV. Rinpar Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative research design with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 data processing. The population in this research is construction workers specifically with a sample size of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used the census method and the Slovin formula using the respondent criteria, namely construction workers. The results of the research show a positive and significant influence with the t test results on the employee performance variable (X1) having a calculated t value of 8.567 > t table 1.677 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The employee competency variable (X2) has a calculated t value of 4,604 > t table 1.677 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And the variable quality of employee work (X3) has a calculated t value of 3.604 > t table 1.677 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. And in the coefficient of determination (R) test, the value of R Square is 0.706 or 70.6%, which means that the independent variables used in this research, namely employee performance, employee competency and employee work experience, can explain the dependent variable of employee work quality by 70.6%.
