Abstract :
The theory used in this study is a theory of human resource management related to the variables being studied, namely work stress, work motivation and work discipline. The population in this study are all employees of the warehouse divison of PT. Dua Berlian , totalling 49 people and the research sample using a saturated sampling technique where the number of research samples is the same as the total research population, which is 49 people. Meanwhile, the research data collection technique in this study uses The Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Test, Hypotesis Test (F Test and T test). For research data processing using Statistical Product and Service Solution Software (SPSS) version 25.00. The results of this study prove that partially it is known that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline where the value of tcount (3,689) > ttable (2011) with probability (sig 0,01) < 0,05. Then partially it is known that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on work discipline where the value of tcount (2,148) > ttable (2011) with probability (sig 0,037) < 0,05. And simultaneously it is known that work stress and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee discipline where Fcount (22,142) > Ftable (3,20) and probability (sig 0,000) < 0,05.
