Abstract :
As we know, one of the property businesses that is stable and in great demand is housing, the residential property business is an investment in one or more houses by not using its own production costs and is very safe for business people and with minimal risk. The role of sales promotion is very important for a company, one of the promotional communication tools used by the company is the promotional mix consisting of Advertising, Personal selling, Sales promotion, Public relations and, Direct marketing. From the results of observations made with the effectiveness measurement method to determine how effective promotion is based on market segmentation at BTP Residence Bekasi, the results show that BTP Residence Bekasi is said to be ineffective so that it must implement other promotional activities such as Word of Mouth, Sponsorship, Customer Royalty, and also Google Analytics. This is so that BTP Residence Bekasi can reach a wider range of potential customers in accordance with its segmentation and for the future progress of BTP Residence Bekasi.
