Abstract :
This study aims to analyze how the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and consumer satisfaction (Y) on Warbon Coffee. The population in this study were all consumers who visited during the thesis running period (March - May). The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique to collect samples with certain criteria by researchers when customers received services after buying coffee shop products. The analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that price and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction from Warbon Coffee.
