Abstract :
In the current era, communication and information technology is growing rapidly, the Internet is one form of technology that stores a lot of information and makes it easier for users to interact. PT Telkom Witel Bekasi is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. This field practical work activity aims to find out how the implementation of sales with telemarketing used at PT Telkom Witel Bekasi. From observations during fieldwork practices at PT Telkom, it can be learned how the sales process with telemarketing. Sales are carried out with outbound calls, and the author considers it less optimal due to several factors such as lack of understanding provided and limited facilities, so that the sales process activities carried out by the author are less effective and efficient.
