Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction at Primaya Hospital Bekasi Barat. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were outpatients who went to Primaya Hospital Bekasi Barat. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Samples were taken as many as 100 patients. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction, in addition there is a positive and significant influence between facilities and patient satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the service quality coefficient value is 0.201, which is smaller than the facility coefficient value of 0.384. The results of the study show that the facility factor is more influential in explaining patient satisfaction.
