Abstract :
PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Bekasi Tbk is one of the building materials supermarkets that provides the most complete and best building materials and household appliances in Indonesia. This research was conducted aiming to investigate whether motivation, compensation and work discipline can affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Bekasi Tbk. Employee job satisfaction is one of the company's main priorities in order to obtain and improve the good performance of each employee so that it can increase morale so that it makes it easier to achieve the goals of the company that have been determined. The research methods used in conducting this research are quantitative research methods, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The author will analyze the Influence of Motivation, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Bekasi Tbk. Therefore, the authors provide suggestions for increasing employee job satisfaction by providing motivation and compensation to employees and increasing work discipline of employees so as to create employee job satisfaction at PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Bekasi Tbk.
