Abstract :
The development of Covid-19 cases in Bogor Regency is increasing day by
day and currently has a red zone status or a high risk of Covid-19. The recent
working period will make health workers unable to cope with the existing threats
so that workers have difficulty in providing health services and will feel anxious.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the length of
work of health workers and the level of anxiety in dealing with COVID-19 in the
Covid-19 Isolation Room of Leuwiliang Hospital, Bogor.
The research design to analyze the relationship between the length of
work of health workers and the level of anxiety in dealing with COVID-19 in the
Covid-19 isolation room at Leuwiliang Hospital Bogor is to use an analytical
observational design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique
used was total sampling using a questionnaire, the sample in this study were
health workers with a level of anxiety in dealing with covid-19 in the Covid-19
Isolation Room of Leuwiliang Hospital Bogor who met the sample requirements.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that the length of work of
health workers in the Covid-19 Isolation Room of Leuwiliang Hospital, Bogor,
was grouped as medium.The level of health workers in the Covid-19 Isolation
Roomat the Leuwiliang Hospital, Bogor, is known to be determined based on
mild levels. There were significant results that the length of work was related to
the level of anxiety of health workers when stored in the covid room with a value
of 0.015 (value0.05).

The implication of this research is that the length of work of health
workers is related to the level of anxiety when dealing with COVID-19, so that
communication between Health Officers and leaders can be carried out, so that
any problems encountered when dealing with COVID-19 do not become a
workload that can trigger anxiety.
