Abstract :
Bayi Baru Lahir merupakan bayi yang lahir kurang dari 24 jam. Bayi baru lahir akan mengalami penurunan suhu tubuh karena kehilangan panas empat kali lebih besar dari orang dewasa, sehingga dapat terjadi hipotermi. Tujuan penelitian memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Bayi Baru Lahir dengan Masalah Hipotermi. Desain studi kasus terhadap dua bayi dengan diagnosa hipotermi. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama tiga hari pada masing-masing klien. Pada pengkajian didapatkan hasil bahwa kedua klien mengalami hipotermi yaitu suhu tubuh 35,7°C dan 35,4°C. Pada implementasi keperawatan peneliti menekankan pada manajemen menghangatkan bayi dan pemantauan suhu setiap 1 jam sekali. Hasil evaluasi, diagnosa keperawatan pada kedua bayi teratasi, karena suhu kembali normal. Pemantauan suhu pada bayi baru lahir sangat penting untuk menghindari bayi dari komplikasi dan resiko kematian. Kata kunci : bayi baru lahir, hipotermi Newborns are babies born less than 24 hours. The aim of the study is to provide nursing care to newborns with hypotermic problems. Case study design of two infants diagnosed with hypotermia. When the study was conducted for three days on each client. In the study, the results obtained on both client experiencing hypothermia is bdy temperature 35,7° C and 35,4°C. In the implementation of nursing research emphasizes management to warm the baby and temperature monitoring every 1 hour. The results of the evaluation the nursing diagnose in both babies were resoived, because the temperature returned to normal.
