Abstract :
This study aims to find out about the relationships among teachers, parents, and students at Wiyoro Elementary School Ngadirojo during the Online Learning Academic Year 2021?2022, which were seen from the communication that occurs between parents and teachers and the role of parents and teachers that occur during online learning.
This research was a type of case study research. The approach used was a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subjects of this study were five teachers and 19 parents from SD Wiyoro Ngadirojo. The method of data collection was obtained from documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used in three ways, namely data reduction, data submission, and drawing conclusions or verification.
Based on the data analysis, it was possible to conclude that: 1) Teachers as teachers and mentors, evaluators and monitors, creativity innovation and facilitators, and Planning Preparation. 2) The role of parents in online learning, namely parents as a controller, monitors, facilitator, helper and teachers. The communication that occurs between parents and teachers during online learning teachers and parents interacting, arguing, and collaborating to offer good learning to children. From this data analysis, results were obtained about the obstacles experienced by teachers and parents during online learning, such as Environmental Factors, namely the difficulty of parents to regulate children to always focus on learning while at home, Factors in Lessons, which were teachers who were difficult to determine good learning and could be accepted by students while at home and parents who have difficulty transferring the material provided by the teacher to students who learn from home, and Limited Communication Tools, namely limited communication tools, parents who do not have mobile phones, limited internet coverage and internet quota, and limited teachers to use online learning media.
