Abstract :
Spazzio Bali Hotel is a 3 star budget hotel strategically located in Kuta Bali. Spazzio Bali Hotel has many unreachable targets ranging from revenue to employee salaries. Causing the lack of organizational effectiveness at the Spazzio Bali Hotel, because organizational effectiveness is the extent to which the organization can achieve theirtargets. Therefore researchers conducted research at Spazzio Bali Hotel regarding organizational effectiveness where the effectiveness of the organization itself has several impact according to Munir (2012): 1) Purpose Dimensions, 2) Structure Dimensions 3) Dimensions of Relationship 4) Payment System Dimensions 5) Helpful Mechanism Dimensions 6) Leadership Dimensions. But what will be discussed about the dimensions of the payment system and helpful mechanism. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study in which the writer will examine the effectiveness of the organization at the Spazzio Bali Hotel. Data collection techniques used by the writer are interviews and literature study. After conducting the interview process, the authors obtained the following research results and conclusions: 1) The reward system at Spazzio Bali Hotel is in accordance with the provisions of the government, but it can be found that too many employees cause the employee costexceed the target. 2) The support mechanism at Spazzio Bali Hotel is good enough, but the training program does not have a good standard. Therefore, the authors can provide recommendations as follows: 1) Reduce employees by recommending employees to companies that are still under the Bosowa Group. 2) Improve and design training programs properly and correctly. 3) Improve the quality and motivation of its employees by conducting regular training.
