Abstract :
This study is aimed to study and identify the implementation of waiter?straining at Waroeng at Jeeva Klui Resoort Lombok. The author in this study uses aqualitative approach through interview with the waiters at Waroeng in Jeeva Klui to
obtain data. After conducting research, it is to be concluded that training has beenrunning in Jeeva Klui especially for waiter and waitress at Waroeng at Jeeva Klui
Resort Lombok. However, there are several aspects that need to be done to increasethe ability, skills and knowledge for waiters to be able to provide higher quality services.
