Abstract :
Social Media is something that always develop, so this research is based on research conducted at The Trans Luxury Hotel in Human Resources Recruitment Department. It will be discussed a series of discussions regarding the use of social media. Not only understanding the recruitment system at The Trans Luxury Hotel, but also understanding the steps in utilizing social media. Using qualitative research approach focused on the procedure of recruitment using social media and kind of social media that used in the recruitment process. This Research was conducted by doing interview to Human Resources Learning and Quality Manager to get the data and information needed. This research proves whether the presence of social media has an impact on the recruitment process of The Trans Luxury Hotel. Keyword : social media, recruitment, impact
