Abstract :
The tight business competition in the tourism industry has forced Gudeo
Experience Indonesia to look for strategies to attract people's attention so that they
can be interested in the products and services offered. Therefore, Gudeo Tour as a
new pioneering company wants to inform consumers who previously did not know
this company, this is closely related to building a company's brand awareness and a
good promotional strategy by optimizing social media Instagram.
The purpose of this research is to optimize social media instagram while increasing
awareness of the company's brand to consumers by focusing on the content uploaded
by Gudeo Tour designed using a design thinking approach (emphatize, define, ideate,
prototype and test). The author uses a descriptive method with a qualitative
approach. The results obtained in this study are that Gudeo Tour must be able to
optimize its social media Instagram and the need to improve content and add
information to its Instagram account and add some promotional strategies in order to
increase the company's brand awareness to a higher level.
