Abstract :
Rex Tours Bandung is one of the companies engaged in the field of travel agency
services. One of the tour packages they sell is a tour package to Turkey. The
purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the Turkish tour packages sold
by Rex Tours Bandung during the COVID 19 pandemic. The assessment of the
quality components of the tour packages consisted of transportation, tourist
attractions, tour guides, and restaurants (Nuriata, 2014). In this study, the author
uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The object of this research
is the quality of Turkey tour packages by collecting data using interview and
questionnaire techniques. Interviews were conducted with the management of Rex
Tours and questionnaires were distributed to 105 tourists who had purchased
Turkey tour packages at Rex Tours Bandung for 7 months (February ? August
2022). Data analysis using SPSS application with Likert scale. Based on the results
of the study, the quality of the Turkish tour packages on the dimensions of
transportation and tourist attractions has received a very good score, although the
dimensions of the Tour Guide get sufficient marks because they do not use complete
attributes and cannot communicate well. The dimensions of the restaurant get
enough value because it is still lacking in terms of hygiene and sanitation.
Therefore, this study recommends that Rex Tours pay more attention to the tour
guides involved and prioritize tour guides who have official certificates and also
prioritize restaurants that have good restaurant hygiene and sanitation levels.
