Abstract :
This research is a research carried out with the aim to find out the strategy in public relations and its effectiveness in public at De Paviljoen Hotel, Bandung. De Paviljoen Bandung is a 4-star hotel that was established 3 years ago. This hotel is a hotel managed by HIM or Hotel International Management which is based in DKI Jakarta. This study was conducted on 63 randomized individuals. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive, etpre and is processed using SPSS tool version21. The results of descriptive analysis of the effectiveness of the public relations strategy of Hotel De Paviljoen Bandung show an average value of "230" points where the value is entered into the Good category and is influenced by other variables not examined.Recommendations that can be applied by De Paviljoen Hotel Bandung to improve its reputation that is already good in the eyes of the community is to maximize what is already there and achieved, and improve what is lacking, one of which is the hotel website as one of the "faces" of the company and also a source official information for customers which will certainly make the hotel reputation better.
