Abstract :
Tourism industry expands over the human era where the needs of knowledge and a man
will find something new and the restaurant to be a development where nowadays is getting a
lot of innovation that carried out by young business people to manage human resources that
are. An employee is human resources to give the hospitality, with the training held is expected
to support the performance of the employees to serve guests dating. Gredler (1986), states that
process of changing attitudes and behavior in practice they are in the built environment
(experimental) and very few depend on the situation of the (reality) owned. Hence, the
environment that supports training must be created that the process of learning this be done in
an optimum. For that, the restaurant management should give optimal training for the
sustainability of human resources in its place as a good performance as the determinants of
the quality of the company and made feedback systems to her own company as an investment
to the human resources that is.
This study aims to to identify and know training and also a performance given and
methods clear from the management to an employee in Beehive Café & Eatery. This research
in a qualitative. Uses the method in-depth interviews to operational manager as a duty
manager and also the most know the behavior of employee who is in Beehive Café & Eatery.
The result of this research will identify on the implementation of the training to increase
performance waitress in Beehive Café & Eatery that can be benchmark and input for the
management to develop system training and improve the good performance is.
