Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research is a qualitative research method to examine the implementation of the employee selection process at the Alamanis Village Resort, Cirebon City. The focus of this research is to identify the employee selection process that exists and is implemented at the Alamanis Village Resort, Cirebon City. The purpose of this study is to provide a conclusion on how to apply the employee selection process at Resort Desa Alamanis, Cirebon City, and is expected to be useful for both theoretical and practical uses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data analyzed are the results of observations, the results of interviews with 3 sources representing various levels of positions as well as the results of literature studies and documentation studies. From the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that there are several discrepancies in the employee selection process at the Alamanis Village Resort, Cirebon City with the theory that the author got. This can result in employees working in inappropriate departments and positions due to lack of validity in the exam system used. Keywords: Preliminary Admission, Admission Exam, Interview
