Abstract :
The technology that is now constantly evolving makes it easier for its users, the website
is one of the technologies most used by the public to find the knowledge they need on
the Internet. Travel Agents or Tour Operators use the Website Media to view product
catalogs or related information operated by Travel Agents or Tour Operators, one of
the websites that shows tourism products and information is Atourin.com. The goal of
this study is to evaluate the preferences and opinions of users of the Atourin.com
website about the features available on the website so that they can find out what is
needed by users of the Atourin.com website using the eMICA model. In this analysis,
the authors used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The findings of this
analysis have shown that visitors to the Atourin.com website are still not happy with
the functionality on the website. In order to enhance the quality of the website, it is also
important to create the features that visitors to the website need.
