Abstract :
Mount Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP) is a nature conservation tourist
destination that is increasingly in demand by the public. However, in the midst of a
pandemic like now, of course there needs to be new ideas, ideas, and innovations
to support the sustainability of Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park tourism.
Digital Marketing which is still not optimally used by TNGGP, of course, needs to
be the first step in long-term planning for TNGGP's marketing which is decreasing
day by day. The manager of the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park has
experienced a decline in the level of tourist arrivals from the millennial tourist
category. In addition, the situation and conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic
which require the public to minimize direct activities, this is the basis for thinking
about marketing communication strategies for the Gunung Gede National Park
area. Pangrango will be more effective through digital media, especially YouTube
because it can be a means of information for the majority of tourists.
