Abstract :
The tour package is a tourist trip composed of several supporting components. A good
tour package is a tour package that can meet all the needs of tourists. In order to find out
whether the tour package is good or not an evaluation process is needed to improve its
products. The evaluation process has the goal of knowing the extent to which the
objectives set have been achieved with facts that occur to produce something objective.
The research aims to better know the perceptions and assessments of tourists regarding
Belitung tour packages sold by Aling Tour with the aim of increasing the tour package to
be more attractive and to attract more tourists to buy Belitung tour packages. Evaluation
of this tour package uses the theory approach of the Compilation of Tour Packages,
namely tourist facilities, tourists, time, and tourist attractions according to Nuriata (2014).
This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection tool
used, interview guidelines. The techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and
conclusion withdrawal. Based on the results of this study shows that the four components
of the preparation of the tour package under study can be concluded that everything is
considered good, but there are still some aspects that need to be improved again. Based
on the results of research conducted to evaluate the product of tour packages sold at Aling
Tour Belitung for tourists by improving the tourist facilities used to provide more services
for tourists, not only focus on domestic tourists but can try to offer their products to
foreign tourists, compile travel package products with more diverse durations, the tourist
attractions offered are also more diverse.
