Abstract :
Bengkel Per Putra Tasik adalah salah satu bengkel yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa service kendaraan roda empat, pada proses pengolahan data booking service kendaraan masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu dicatat kedalam buku sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kehilangan buku, kerusakan buku, dan tidak adanya keamanan data sehingga dapat diketahui oleh pihak lain, serta tidak adanya laporan per periode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan prototype dan akan diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Sistem ini akan diuji menggunakan ISO 25010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun booking service untuk membantu dalam pengelolaan data berbasis web. Sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan jasa perbaikan kendaraan dimana saja dan kapan saja, pelanggan dapat menentukan jadwal service yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan berdasarkan estimasi waktu yang ditetapkan oleh Bengkel Per Putra Tasik, serta menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan dan perusahaan. Dan untuk pelanggan dapat mendaftarkan booking service kepada bagian admin pada Bengkel Per Putra Tasik. Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 12 Responden bahwa kesimpulan kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan memiliki persentase keberhasilan dengan total rata-rata 86.41%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai persentase yang diperoleh menunjukkan kualitas perangkat lunak secara keseluruhan mempunyai skala ?Baik?. . ABSTRACT Per Putra Tasik Workshop is one of the workshops engaged in the service of four-wheeled vehicles, in the data processing of booking service vehicles is still carried out conventionally, namely recorded in a book so that errors often occur in recording, lost books, damaged books, and lack of security data so that it can be known by other parties, and there are no reports per period. This study uses the prototype development method and will be implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This system will be tested using ISO 25010. This study aims to design and build a booking service to assist in web-based data management. The system built can make it easier for customers to order vehicle repair services anywhere and anytime, customers can determine the service schedule desired by the customer based on the estimated time set by the Per Putra Tasik Workshop, and generate the information needed by the customer and the company. And customers can register for booking service with the admin section at Bengkel Per Putra Tasik. The results of the ISO 25010 test that was carried out involving 12 respondents concluded that the quality of the feasibility of the resulting software has a percentage of success with a total average of 86.41%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained indicates the quality of the software as a whole has a "Good" scale.

Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 12 Responden bahwa kesimpulan kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan memiliki persentase keberhasilan dengan total rata-rata 86.41%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai persentase yang diperoleh menunjukkan kualitas perangkat lunak secara keseluruhan mempunyai skala ?Baik?. .
