Abstract :
Chilli plant (Capsicum annum L) is a commodity that is classified as veryimportant and popular around the world and delighted by any level of community.Anthracnose is a disease that often attacks the chilli plant. This disease isstimulated by dampness and relatively high temperatures. The aim of this studywas to determine Basil Leaves, Candle Bush and Pakcong leaves extract againstthe growth of C.capsici. This research was conducted in Biology laboratory Facultyof Agriculture, Fishery, and Biology, Bangka Belitung University. This researchwas conducted in July to September 2013, and using a completely randomizeddesign (CRD) from basil leaves (Occimumbasilium), candle bush (Casiaalata) andpakcong extract with 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% concentration. The result from thisresearch showed that 20% concentration the growth of C.capsici of pakcong(Psyhotria sp.) leaves was the best to inhibit.
